Following a significant investment the F&B operation at the Guinness Storehouse evolved into a multi-outlet offer in 2016 which now includes a cafe (Cooperage), a ‘pub’, (Arthurs), a brasserie (1837) and a self-service offer (The Brewers’ Dining Room). https://www.guinness-storehouse.com
Dalkeith estate, on the edge of Edinburgh, transformed the near derelict stable yard into a retail and F&B offer. HAC led the F&B side creating the concept. http://www.dalkeithcountrypark.co.uk
Airfield, a 38 acre estate has undergone a significant investment and at the end of 2013 opened with a brand new 120 seat cafe. HAC worked on this project to realise an offer in keeping with the over arching aims of the estate and advised on all aspects of the operation. http://www.airfield.ie/
Richard Corrigan Restaurants opened a third site in Harrods in 2012 which HAC assisted with. HAC also oversaw a rebranding of the company with associated web sites and then was involved in the conversion of The Park Hotel, Virginia, which Richard Corrigan bought at the end of 2013. www.virginiaparklodge.com
Harrods underwent a thorough review of its food outlets following its purchase by Qatar Holdings in 2010.
